Cooking Quick Tip: Croutons

So the bread is stale, huh.

Why not make croutons?

Simply butter the sliced bread and sprinkle with your favorite spices. perhaps garlic powder, onion powder and some parsley flakes.

Cut the slices into cubes and spread in a single layer on cookie sheets and bake in a medium oven ’til golden brown.

After they cool keep them in an air tight container as a quick,deliscious garnish for soup, salads and stews.
